01. You must have MSN Messenger, We need to be able to contact you easily!
02. You must have good graphic standards, something along the lines of Runway's.
03. If you have a graphic site, you must have more than 5 pages of content, of quality. You also must over 70 amount of hits or comments.
04. You must be over the age of 12, unless you are extraordinarily mature for your age.
05. We only accept graphic sites, personal blogs and layout portfolios (as long as you still have a blog). We do not accept and piczo, freewebs, myspace, msn spaces etc. unless you are very very good.
06. You must update regularly, We will not accept "dead sites". If you have a personal blog, make a blog at least every week!
07. You cannot be racist or hold grudges. We hate people that don’t like someone because they are white or black.
08. We will not accept any sites with pornography of any kind, its just rude. No adult sites too.
09. When asked 'wanna test?' please put in, 'yellowballoon'.
10. You have to be a nice person. Comment on our blog at least every two weeks and we will do the same.
11. Your site must be pop-up free. We hate them, they are annoying to anyone... even if they earn your site money!
12. Be a good friend to be, its just a common courtesy that one person does to another, especially friends!
13. You must link us back on all pages, we will do the same.
14. If you don't get a response from me at least under a week (Unless on hiatus), then we are sorry but we have not accepted you. No hard feelings.
